HotelGO is controlled by Miro Morsink, based in the Netherlands.

When you choose to use location search, your browser provides approximate latitude and longitude coordinates. We use those coordinates to request nearby hotel information.

We also process your destination search text, hotel filter text, and recent hotel results so the app can display and restore your search experience.

When you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so we can respond to your request.

We do not require an account, and we do not intentionally collect payment details through this app.

We use location and search information to show nearby hotels, filter results by hotel name, and display hotel detail pages.

Hotel data, photos, ratings, optional relative price levels, external hotel links, destination search, and coordinate resolution may be provided by Google Places.

Recent search results are saved in your browser localStorage for up to 30 minutes so results can be restored when you return from a detail page.

When you request destination suggestions, the server may send your destination search text to Google Places to retrieve location matches.

When you request hotel results, the server may send approximate coordinates or a Google place ID to Google Places to retrieve hotel listings, details, photos, ratings, and optional relative price levels. Provider API keys are kept server-side.

When you submit the contact form, the server sends your submitted contact details and message content to Resend for email delivery.

If you click a hotel link, you may leave HotelGO and visit a third-party website. That website is responsible for its own content, booking flow, pricing, cookies, tracking technologies, and privacy practices.

You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, including under EU data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data.

You can withdraw browser location permission through your browser or device settings. You can also clear localStorage in your browser to remove saved recent hotel results.

Recent hotel search results stored in the browser are designed to expire after 30 minutes.

We use server-side API calls so private provider API keys are not exposed to the browser.

No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we aim to keep collection limited to what is needed for the hotel search experience.

We may update this privacy policy as the app changes. The latest version will be available on this page.
