HotelGO helps you search for nearby hotel information using your location, search text, selected radius, and hotel data from third-party providers.

You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for checking all booking details directly with the hotel or booking provider before making a reservation.

HotelGO may show hotel names, photos, ratings, amenities, relative price tiers, distances, and external links from third-party sources such as Tripadvisor.

Relative price tiers are not live room prices, confirmed availability, taxes, fees, or booking guarantees.

Hotel details can change. Always confirm price, availability, cancellation terms, policies, fees, and accessibility information on the destination website before booking.

Location search only works when you grant browser location permission.

Location results may be approximate and may depend on your browser, device, network, and third-party data providers.

HotelGO may link to third-party websites. Those websites are not controlled by HotelGO.

We are not responsible for third-party content, booking flows, prices, availability, service quality, policies, security, or privacy practices.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access private systems, interfere with service operation, scrape or overload the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Do not rely on HotelGO for emergency, safety-critical, or legally binding travel decisions.

HotelGO is provided as-is and as available.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, complete hotel coverage, or that a listed hotel will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HotelGO and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or third-party hotel services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms from time to time.
